Natural Search Strategist - iCrossing
As a Natural Search Strategist, I was responsible for a team of search engine optimisers and link analysts. My role was to ensure successful delivery of the strategy for all natural search campaigns within my team's portfolio. This included:
- Overseeing delivery of promises to a portfolio of over 100 clients with a value of £2million+
- Identification of client needs and marketing objectives to create SMART Strategies, objectives and tactics
- Line manager to a team of six Natural Search Analysts and Link Analysts
- Carrying out monthly appraisals, performance management, monitoring of team efficiency and daily support.
- Design and implementation of template and product delivery methodology
- Part of business planning team for department allocating budgets and P&L forecasting
- Responsible for recruitment, interview, assessment and selection of 11 analysts into the company.
- Knowledge specialist on a wide variety of search marketing topics; from basic optimisation to copywriting and integrated digital marketing strategy - training staff, clients and public forums
- Assisting Sales team in preparation and production of pitches and pitch material
